It had a magnificent and good setting really close to a nice pub, shops, and Birmingham. The terrace had garden view, admired it in the evening.

Fire alarms were missing, there were bare electric wires, the bathroom tap didn't work, the window couldn't lock, and there were dirty pans in the oven. Additionally, the plug in the bath was impossible to remove without using a knife.

The kitchen, as it was not well-equipped and required some cleaning before use.

cleanliness was top-notch - beds were fresh and comfortable. The location was awesome - with shops nearby, and a lovely pub close by. We even got some local tips from the host. The best service was the secure parking - no more parking hassle on the streets.

We booked for 7 people but only 6 beds were available, and the additional inflatable bed was damaged. Some light bulbs were missing, and we ran out of toilet paper on day 2.
